Working out a quantity
One board covers 0.615 m², so a 10 m² wall needs 17 boards before cutting allowance — that is 2 packs of 10, delivering 12.3 m². Each pack weighs about 36.9 kg.
Where it is used
Ceilings and soffits, where a fine rhythm is wanted but every millimetre of projection is being counted, and wall panelling behind furniture that must sit close.
Choosing this over the alternatives
Against the 3-groove at 15 mm, this trades groove depth for groove count: five lines instead of three, in a slightly wider board and 3 mm less relief.
At 12 mm this is the thinnest fluted board in the range, which makes it the easiest to bend around a gentle radius.
