An 80 mm cornice for the wall-to-ceiling junction. It covers the movement gap at the top of a panelled wall and gives the ceiling a defined edge.

Working out a quantity
Supplied in 3 m lengths, 20 pieces to a pack, so one pack is 60 linear metres. Take the room perimeter and add for every external return; a room with a chimney breast needs noticeably more than its floor plan suggests.
Where it is used
Rooms with ceilings up to roughly 3 m: apartments, hotel bedrooms, offices and corridors.
Choosing this over the alternatives
The smaller of the two cornices. Below about 3 m the 100 mm profile visually lowers the ceiling; above it, the 80 mm looks lost.
Twenty pieces per pack at 3 m gives 60 linear metres, enough for the perimeter of about four 4 by 3.5 m rooms.
