Description
A 400 mm flat board at 8 mm, and the densest panel in the range at 7 kg/m2. The extra mass in a thinner section comes from the substrate formulation rather than the profile, so the face stays perfectly flat.

Working out a quantity
One board covers 1.2 m², so a 10 m² wall needs 9 boards before cutting allowance — that is 2 packs of 6, delivering 14.4 m². Each pack weighs about 50.4 kg.
Where it is used
Feature walls and reception fronts where the panel will be touched, leaned on or knocked by trolleys, and door-height wainscoting that takes daily contact.
Choosing this over the alternatives
Choose the 8 mm over the 9 mm where the wall takes physical contact and you want mass behind the face. Choose the 9 mm instead if the fixing substrate is light or the run is overhead.
At 8.4 kg a board and 50.4 kg a pack, this is the heaviest flat panel pack we ship. Plan for two-person handling on site.
