Pharaon Breaks Ground on New Plastics Factory in Ninh Binh

NINH BINH, VIETNAM — 27 January 2026 — Pharaon Production and International Trading Joint Stock Company today held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Pharaon Plastics Factory construction project in Ninh Binh province. The ceremony marks the point at which the company’s next production site moves from plan to construction.

The event was held on the project site itself, under a marquee raised at the head of the access road. Guests were received from mid-morning along a red-carpet entrance beneath an arch carrying the project name, and the formal programme opened with a lion dance before moving to addresses from the podium.

The ceremony backdrop carried the Pharaon mark alongside those of TASECO and MB, and set out the project name and date: Ninh Binh, 27 January 2026. Behind the stage, an architectural rendering showed the plant as designed — a run of production halls, an administration block, a gatehouse and a loading yard.

The formal programme

Guests were seated under the marquee for the addresses. The programme followed the form these occasions take in Vietnam: a welcome, remarks from the parties to the project, and then the movement of the delegation to the mound at the front of the stage, where a row of gold ceremonial shovels had been set into the soil and safety helmets laid out alongside.

The delegation took its place along the mound, and the first soil of the project was turned together. The moment was followed by handshakes and a group photograph in front of the project backdrop.

What Pharaon brings to the project

Pharaon manufactures PVC wall panels, fluted panels, interior cladding panels, box beams and interior finishing accessories. Production today runs from the company’s 16,000 m² plant in Phu Xuyen, Hanoi, where the extrusion line count has grown from six machines in 2022 to twenty-five in 2025.

The company’s management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 — certificates 26.06.525-QM, -EM and -OHS — issued by INSPECT Certifications USA LLC, which is accredited by the International Accreditation Service (IAS) as a Management System Certification Body. Its wood-plastic composite decorative board holds product certificate SP.26.012 to TCVN 11353:2016, and reaction to fire was measured by the Vietnam Institute for Building Materials to ISO 9239-1:2010 under report 4123/VLXD-VLHC, classifying the material as non-flame-spreading, group LT1.
